Purpose
The purpose of the Breaks Interstate Park Commission is to develop, maintain and operate Breaks Interstate Park in cooperation with the Commonwealth of Kentucky

Composition
The Commission will be composed of six members: three commissioners from each member state appointed by the Governor, each of whom shall be a citizen of the state he shall represent.
